3. The welding head must not be aligned with any part of the body during use. The welding head cannot be placed on the ground, always pay attention to dust control.

4. Pay attention to the fiber optic bellows bending radius not less than 20CM during the welding process, so as not to burn the fiber.

5. In case of any accident, immediately press the emergency stop button and contact our staff to reflect the situation.

6. If you stop working temporarily, please click “Stop” to enter the standby state, or stop working after work, please click “Stop” to enter the standby state and turn off the equipment.

7. When replacing the protective lens or checking the welding head, the power of the equipment must be turned off.

8. Cooling machine water temperature settings, and the temperature difference between the room temperature is not more than 10 degrees! The water temperature is recommended to be set to 26℃-30℃ in summer and 20℃-22℃ in winter. The temperature difference between the cabinet will cause the laser device to condense and cause damage to the laser. When the room temperature is lower than 4℃, you must take anti-freezing measures, you can add glycol and pure water into the water tank after mixing in the ratio of 1:3.
