The machine level is not adjusted properly

The machine level is not adjusted well, and the vibrating lens or field lens is unbalanced with the processing table. Because the two are not horizontal, the distance between the laser beam passing through the field mirror and the processed object will be inconsistent, and then the energy of the laser falling on the processed object will have inconsistent energy density, which will show uneven effect on the material.

The output spot is blocked

The laser output spot is blocked, the spot after the laser beam passes through the galvanometer and field mirror is not round enough, and the laser output head, fixed fixture and galvanometer are not adjusted properly, resulting in some spots being blocked when the laser passes through the galvanometer. After focusing by the field mirror, the spot on the frequency multiplier is non-circular, which will also lead to uneven effect.

Machining off focus

Because each focusing mirror has a corresponding depth of focus range, and the method of deviating from the focus will easily lead to the edge at the critical point of depth of focus or beyond the depth of focus range when marking a pattern in a large range, which is more likely to cause the effect non-uniformity.

Reasons for processing materials

For material reasons, such as inconsistent film thickness on the material surface or changes in physical and chemical properties, materials are sensitive to laser energy, different film thickness, or some other physical and chemical treatment processes are not uniform, which will also lead to uneven effect after laser radium carving.
