Start-up process: open the gas valve → open the air switch on the rear side of the equipment → release the panel emergency stop button → turn the key to the right side to open the system power → press the water machine power button → press the laser power button, wait 20 seconds and then you can use.

Welding process: clamp the welding protection chuck on the working table; check whether the process parameters are required for the current welding workpiece; click the “open valve” button on the interface of the control system to check whether the blowing flow meets the welding requirements; click the “start” button on the interface of the control system to test whether the light protection circuit is working normally (align the welding head with the test plate surface, press the light button, no light is normal; put the welding head in contact with the test plate surface, press the light button, light is normal); after the test is correct, you can start welding.

Shutdown process: Place the welding head on the welding head holder, click the “Stop” button on the control system interface, turn off the laser power button → turn off the water machine power button → turn the system power key to the left and pull out → press the emergency stop button → turn off the air switch on the rear side of the equipment → turn off the air valve.
